Days in the Big Apple

I am very lucky to live so close to one of the most famous cities in the entire world. I’ve been to NYC countless times; whether it’s class field trips, family trips, or just an adventure with friends. This city is so lively that even just going for a day makes you feel like a different person. My best friend is going to college in New York City next year, so that’ll give me an excuse to frequent this amazing place. Last summer, I went to New York with my French exchange student Julien. He was amazed by this city and claims, “I have never seen anything like this, Paris is no comparison!” Although I completely disagree with him considering Paris is my favorite city, I admired his reaction to this place. Whether it’s just a walk in Central Park, taking pictures in Time Square, shopping in Soho, or seeing a production on Broadway; NYC never disappoints. Even though the people aren’t the friendliest… the atmosphere itself is something of its own. I always take way too many pictures when I am in the city so I will be sure to share some of them below.
